I Wonder...

I wonder!
Did God create the world with little boys’ dreams in mind.
Of magic mountains, oceans wide, and warm sunshine;
Prairies and plains, and wooded land?
Did He pause, and think..."I know a boy can
stand on top of the mountains, explore the plains, ride the seas,
        and of course, climb trees?”
Did He create boys full of spirit and fun-
Just to explore and conquer, romp and run?
Those with dirty faces, and banged up shins,
Courageous hearts and impish grins.
And when He had completed the task He'd begun,
Did He smile and say, "Now that boy, is a job well done."
