Put It in God's Hands

Often we use the words,"Things will get better" to those who are going through trials. I am sure there are those who are just a little tired of hearing those words. Truthfully, what is going to get better? Will the cost of living get better? Will our health improve as we grow older? Will our nation continue to thrive? Will our family only have sunny days and happy moments and never have a worry or care? Will we reach a place in our lives when we never have a teardrop fall? Will we never have to face another death here on earth?

It all depends on how you look at things as to whether"things" will get better. True, the rainy days we all have will eventually break away to show a rainbow for a while. The cost of living may fall back a little in years to come. Gas may once again fall below $3.00 a gallon. But our teardrops will never completely fade away while we are living on this earth. Our hearts will continue to break from time-to-time, and sorrows will come that we cannot control. So when you look at things in that respect, things are not going to get better. However, I have a solution to the whole problem...Put all things in God's hands. He will lead you through all your troubles, heartaches, and disappointments. Then, at the end of your earthly journey He will lead you to a place where there are no troubles, worries and disappointments. To a place of continued rainbows and sunny days. Just thinking about this,don't it make you wanna' go home? I will take whatever God sees fit to give me, even a humble abode will suit me just fine...
